Membership terms.
These terms are drafted for operational review. Online checkout remains disabled until the operating entity, tax treatment and final terms are approved.
1. Membership access
Membership gives named members a personal, limited and revocable right to use the facilities made available under their plan during opening hours, subject to availability, allowances and house rules.
2. No property interest
Membership does not create a lease, tenancy, sublease or property interest. Individual work positions remain shared and unassigned. A Team Room Membership may provide managed room access for approved named users during opening hours, but HOLA Business Hub retains possession, access, management and operational control at all times. Final Team Room wording remains subject to landlord and Vietnamese legal approval.
3. Facilities and bookings
Shared work positions are first-come, first-served. Meeting-room and Hybrid Room use must be booked and is normally deducted from the applicable allowance. The Hybrid Room may be reconfigured with the meeting room, and overlapping room modes are not permitted. HOLA Business Hub may manage layouts, operating procedures and temporary closures where reasonably required.
4. Term and payment
The minimum term is three months and the full term fee is paid in advance. Monthly allowances expire at month-end and do not carry forward. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where HOLA Business Hub agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Bookings and flexibility
Online cancellations made at least two hours before the booked start time restore the deducted credit. Later cancellation requests are handled by reception. Reception may approve complimentary meeting-room use when the room is otherwise available; such approval is discretionary and does not create an additional recurring entitlement.
6. Named users and conduct
Access and member portal codes are personal to approved named users and may not be transferred or shared. Members are responsible for their guests, must follow safety and access procedures, and must not use the facilities for unlawful, unsafe or disruptive activities.
7. Equipment and damage
Printing, scanning, photocopying, pantry equipment and other facilities must be used reasonably. The member is responsible for loss or damage caused by the member or their guests beyond ordinary wear and tear.
8. Suspension or termination
HOLA Business Hub may suspend access for non-payment, security concerns, serious misconduct or material breach. Final notice, remedy, liability and dispute wording must be approved before public launch.
