How a business-support membership works

A simple guide to shared facility access, monthly allowances and the difference between membership and an office tenancy.

Access to useful business facilities

A HOLA Business Hub membership gives named members access to managed business facilities during opening hours. Members may use an available position in the shared work area, connect to Wi-Fi, and use the pantry.

The model is similar to a gym membership: the operator manages the environment and equipment, while members receive shared access under the membership rules.

Allowances keep shared resources fair

Each plan includes monthly meeting-room and printing allowances. These reset every month and do not carry forward. Additional usage, when available, is charged separately.

Work positions are not reserved or assigned. They remain available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What membership is not

Membership does not create a lease, tenancy, sublease, exclusive possession, or a fixed office entitlement. The facilities remain operated and controlled by HOLA Business Hub at all times.
